I put in a short-but-sweet killer-level workout today. It was only 23 minutes, but it was intense cardio, all the way. I walked out feeling loose, light, and fully oxygenated! Now to finish up the day with my 1000 reps of toning + my stretch routine, and I'm good.
It's chef salad tonight for my food, at 8:30 p.m.. I've drank my gallon of water already, so I'll allow myself to have diet coke the rest of today.
I went to the grocery store today, and came home with lettuce, veggies, fruits, etc., so I can do healthy food when I eat. To tell the truth, the junky-crap I had been eating was no longer appetizing. Yesterday, when I was forcing junk food down my gut, I didn't even want it. I guess that's the beauty of fast-5ing. Eventually, you lose your taste for nasty food.
I did well on the porcelein throne today, too...so I should be ok to weigh in the morning...lol.
