The official weigh-in for the day puts me at 137.4 lbs. That's lower than I expected. That means I've only got to lose less than half a pound to officially be considered at a 'normal' weight.
...Finally!!!
I'm all set for my summer clothes. I went through everything, and I've got stuff in sizes from here on down to my teeny-tiny stuff. I seriously want to be in those by the end of summer!!!!!!!!! I found some size 2's in there...way cool!
The clothing sizes I'm in now are generally the 'medium' sizes, 8-10 ish. I've got a 5 here and there I can fit, some 'smalls', but also some 12's and 'large' size. Sizes are so screwed up, aren't they?!??!!! I couldn't believe how much of my smaller sizes I was already fitting into again. I've gone ahead and hung all my tiny summer dresses, and infiltrated the rest of my tiny clothes into plain sight of my wardrobe. When I see them, it will motivate me to work hard and continue!!! I told my clothes yesterday, (yes I'm crazy, talking to my clothes!) "I'm going to fit you soon, you just wait!". And the memories that came flooding to mind as I sorted through them. It was wonderful.
The workout idea I have thought on is to try for
1 hour hard cardio (running, etc),
1 hour moderate cardio (power walking, bike, etc.),
20 sets of weight lifting (25 reps each, light to moderate weights),
30 minutes of stretch segments divided into 2, 15-minutes each
The trick will be to mix it in a way that tricks my body out of adjusting to a 'routine'.
It is 3 hours approximately, and hopefully 6 days per week. The hardest part is the mental part--actually making myself do it. It is a good goal, however strenuous. But I want to get the results, so...
Anyway...that is the finished update. I hope you all are doing very well!!! Wishing you the best.
