pickles :)

This is my food today...(let's hope it pays of well):

1 large kosher dill pickle...10 cals.
4 small kosher dill pickles...20 cals.
1 large can RockStar energy drink...20 cals.
3 packets green tea lemonade...0 cals.
Diet sodas...0 cals.

Daily total: 50 cals.

Exercise: 6 miles walking mostly. Average pace was 4 mph.

Yesterday, not quite so good...as I had a binge for a day-total of something like 1500 cals. Bleh.

Anyhow, currently my weight is maintaining at 139.8

I'm probably going to have to eat something tomorrow...don't want to lose metabolism, etc. Only it makes me nervous to let the food into my life, because it must be controlled, and can sometimes be a pandora's box, once you start. Maybe if I eat a little now, I'll be able to go through tomorrow without? Hmmmmm. It hurts even to think about it.

That's a lot of pickles! Wish I liked 'em, they are low cal. Have a good day.
