Very inspiring!
I am once again brought to curiosity about clean eating. I'm going to look into it for a few days. I've checked it out before, but it seemed like a lot of food per day--which I really don't want to buy into just now. And I can't actually buy any groceries until March 5th anyway. In the meantime, I will be doing my best to keep going down in weight, one way or another.
I definitely think I can put more into my workouts, too.
It is a good motivational weight-loss documentary, and I recommend it as good reverse thinspiration--if nothing else, it'll gross you out on being fat!
