I ran 5 miles today. I finally have made it up to my race distance. I did have to stop briefly for walks, but my overall time for the 5 miles was 66 minutes. Not so shabby, considering I'm only in week 3 of training, and haven't been running for months prior.
And, at my 93 lbs. setting for the cardio count, it said I burned 400 calories. I'm stuck on 93 lbs. and the number 25. All my reps in toning have to be sets of 25. What is it with numbers and ED's?
And why am I always freezing, cold, when I finish working out?!???!!!! I've gotta go sit in the hot bubble bath for a while, and recover.
