Hard workout, finished my gallon of water, ate 700 calories at 8:15 p.m.
I could have had less calories, but we ate Subway; and I actually threw caution to the wind, by ordering, eating, then checking the calories afterward. But I obtained a take-out nutrition menu, so that in the future, I can plan my choices. Also, there is the website. I was too lazy to check prior.
My weight post-workout was 145.2 lbs. down .2 from this morning.
