New week

After posting last night, I ended up having a PB&J, with a little pop-corn. I was really hungry, so I compromised, because I figured giving in a little last night would be closer to staying on the fast-5, than struggling through today and ending up ruining another day altogether.

I got on the scale today, and just as I suspected, I'm up a bit. Pre-BM it was 145.4 lbs.

I'm drinking my gallon of water, and at least I'm sticking with my plan today.

I may be having a day out shopping with my friend tomorrow. I've already told her I'm doing the fast-5, so I'll enjoy a diet soda while she has her lunch. She's OK with that. Her thing: as long as I let her eat, she won't care if I don't! Ha! Gotta luv yer friends, right?!

I want to buy a heart-rate monitor for my workouts. I think I weenie out too much when I'm exercising, so maybe that might help me push a little more.
