It's almost 6:00 in the evening, and I've only ingested 10 calories as of now. That more than makes up for yesterday's bad moment!
I'm planning to do something about food for tonight; so something healthy, and it's all good.
I also had killer workouts today and yesterday, so that also helps!!!
I'm off to log my workout. I'm planning to come back and read blogs in a bit.
