I just finished my workout. I made the 5-mile run in 63+ minutes. This was my second time for the 5-mile distance. The first time I made it in 66+ minutes. So I've cut at least 2 minutes off my time. I don't know the seconds.
My face was pretty red after both times. I think that means I'm getting too hot? Dunno. I'll have to look it up.
Tomorrow will have to be a lighter day...so some regular cardio, weights, and as always, the stretching. I want to be long and lean. (Well, as long as 5'2" can be, anyhow.)

A red face after a big workout is very normal =) It just means you really got your blood pumping. I always get a red face from strenuous exercise (even when i swim) - infact its been that way since I can remember.
