The Challenge

My Valentines goal was 139 lbs.

Here's the thing...I'm wondering if I actually believed in myself that I could make it. I've gotten a lot closer than I expected, which makes me think these goals of mine are more reality-based than arbitrary. Mental shift happening here... I'm seeing my goal weights as a reality, and not merely as a wish.

Sooooo...
I'm gonna get on board with my own goals. I want to be at: no more than 100 lbs. by my race date (06/06/09); and 93 lbs. before July 4th. I figured out how many lbs. I've got to lose per day (.4) to reach my race day goal. I've gone through and updated my goal dates to reflect the new numbers.

I'm joining the Spring Break '09 Challenge: 131 lbs. by March 14th, and run a total of 50 miles from 2/14 to 3/14.
