Add on another 250 calories to last night. I'm over it now, because I was down by another 1.2 lbs. today.

My day's plans changed today, to help someone out, and ended up involving lunch at Arby's. I had 2/3 of Arby-Q sandwich and 2/3 of a small curly fries. 500 calories. I don't hate myself.

I have yet to go do my workout. I'm going to try my best to be rid of all 500 of those calories, but I've got a going-away party tonight, so more to come, possibly. There will be veggies, so not as bad as it could be. That's if I eat. But if I don't, I might be tempted when I get home tonight. Late at night is when I have the least control. I'm tired by then, so less willpower, and I procrastinate on going to bed = bad news.

I'm super hoping to be something lower than my start weight of SBC by Saturday's weigh in!!!!! I'm 1.4 lbs. away from it right now. 2 days away. It's possible, if I behave. Is it cheating to drink a weight-loss tea to empty out my gut?

Oh...and I discovered the world's greatest breakfast beverage! Sugar free amp energy drink!!! It's carbonated, not to hard on the taste buds, gives me energy, and curbs hunger!!! Only 10 calories for the whole 2-serving can!
