I decided to post my weights and goal weights. After watching this slide show http://kateharding.net/bmi-illustrated/ , I realized that BMI alone is not all that accurate or helpful.
Today, my weight was down...the lowest it's been since I started on the weight loss this time around. From 167 lbs. in November 2008, to today--147.4 lbs.
Its amazing that the day after I 'ate too much' (when doesn't that happen) is the day my weight drops again. Fine by me!
I'm dreadfully hungry today, but I'm fighting it. It's the kind of hunger that's distracting. I probably need to drink more fluids.
I'm still planning on a Subway sandwich...after I get off of volunteer duty at the gym at 8:00 p.m.
I'm eating alone again; hubby is working tonight. I really need to get a life.
