uh oh.

I've gone over the 1000 calorie mark now...but not by much. Probably 300 calories or so.

It's really hard to have a proper binge when you're stomach is small, and already full.

I wanted to, but I physically can't.

But I don't like this fear I'm starting to have that I'm going to be eating too much everyday like I've done for the past 3 days. All together, I've averaged something like 866 calories per day...and the workouts would decrease that; but no-no-no. Way too much. The scale will never love me again at this rate. I definitely need to eat more proper foods, veggies and such.
