Numbers.

Am I the only one who has a thing for numbers?

I take my weights..
total workout calories...
workout mileage...
calories burned per minute working out...
my BMI...
my RMR...
the difference in workout calories at my current weight vs. my goal weight...
# food calories...
Protein-Fat-Carb-Fiber (grams, calories, and their % 's) ...
caloric deficit for each my current and my goal weight....
I set the cardio machines to 100 lbs., and figure manually the actual calories burned on each machine...
calendars, dates, counting days...
charts...
data logs...
the list could continue:

my great happiness and comfort.

I'm a numbers person too. Got too many swimming around in my head.

I so don't know how to do the calorie deficiency though. Tried once and I think I did the calculation wrong :(
