Friday night

I worked out...long, and as hard as I could. I pooped out. My muscles had nothing for me. The calorie burn was 500 today. Not as good as I had hoped, considering I was at the gym for 3 hours.

My food for the day is:
soup 220
jerky 100
bella cheese 100
strawberries 150? Somewhere ballpark of 2 cups fresh, but I'm estimating higher, just in case.

So 570 food, 500 workout. It's ok. Another day down, 112 to go (until race day, and goal weight #1 hopefully).
