Here's my workout for the day: *note* I set the weight on all of the cardio machines to say that I am 93 lbs...so my calorie readings come out lower than the actual. It's just a thing I do.
Speed-intervals on treadmil, @ 5mph, 5.5mph, 6mph, 6.5mph, 7mph, with 3mph rests inbetween--all for 1min. each. 2 of each, with warm up/cool down. a total of 30 minutes, 1.92 miles, incline set at 2.5%, 147 calories
5 minutes on the stair stepper... 30 calories
Elyptical (backward) .5 miles, 11:30 minutes, 42 calories
Elyptical (forward) .5 miles, 7:02 minutes, 39 calories
Finished up on the treadmil, speed-intervals, same settings 1x each speed...4 min cool down, total of 15 minutes, .92 miles, 61 calories
Stretching.
Total calories burned in cardio: 319
